The Project
Silent Stage Gallery wanted to improve their email, live event, and webstore conversion rates. I was hired to help the owner and his team drive success on all three channels.

With a short timeline and multiple moving parts within each channel. I needed to quickly develop a concrete schedule, identify stakeholders, and understand each goal per campaign.
